The fifteenth of Hanadi is a joyous time for many a Dullunar official, for it is on this day that businesses must bring all their reports to the temple of Hanes. On the third sub-basement the reports will rest for at least fifty years. There the priests certify the authenticity of all numbers, and in the following months, honorable officials of the state will make their rounds to collect all that is owed to the Council of Guilds. Coincidentally, the Dullunar temple of Hanes reports a three hundred percent increase in donations on the fourteenth of Hanadi. No direct correlation between tax burden and donation has ever been established, but a team of three young elven priests recently promised to look into the matter, and they said they may have enough data collected soon. What an elf ever means by soon is left to be guessed.
